Questions, a note that came out wrong, or a billing problem: write to us and we answer within two working days.

Subscriptions

• Highlighted has one plan: $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Apple shows the price in your local currency.
• To cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on the iPhone, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Moved to a new iPhone? Open Highlighted › Settings › Restore.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing with Ask to Buy sends the purchase request to the parent's device.

Recording

• Recording starts only after you tap Start recording on the confirm screen. A class reminder never starts it by itself.
• You can lock the iPhone during a lesson; recording continues and the orange microphone indicator stays on until you stop.
• You are responsible for permission from the teacher or school to record.
• The first time, Highlighted downloads its speech model (about 630 MB). Use Wi-Fi.

Your data

Recordings stay on your iPhone. To delete a lesson, long-press it in Notes and choose Delete. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
