Highlighted is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The points below add what is specific to Highlighted.
Subscription
- Highlighted Monthly ($9.99 per month) and Highlighted Yearly ($49.99 per year) are auto-renewing subscriptions sold by Apple. Prices in other countries are set by Apple in local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Recording other people
A lesson may include the voices of teachers and classmates. You are responsible for getting permission from the teacher or school before you record, and for following your school's rules and the law where you live.
Notes are written by a model
Notes, flashcards, practice checks and answers are written by an AI model from your transcript and may contain mistakes. "Might be tested" and pattern cards are guesses, not facts. Practice checks are practice, not graded exams.
